Grab your favorite beverage, and local oyster farmer, Connor, will provide each guest a dozen oysters and all the materials to shuck them

About the event

Join us for an oyster shucking workshop where we'll learn to shuck oysters harvested locally in Plymouth! Owner and local oyster farmer, Connor, will provide everything you need to guide you through how to shuck oysters. He'll bring oysters fresh from his farm and share his experiences growing the oysters you're tasting.


What to expect:

  • Learn how to shuck your own oysters

  • Taste a dozen local oysters per person

  • Oyster knife and glove provided (optional take-home kits available for purchase after class)

  • Choose from traditional oyster accoutrements, including our homemade mignonette, cocktail sauce, hot sauce, and lemon
